THE VIVIENNE WAISTCOAT

Taking inspiration from Vivienne Westwood's Autumn/Winter 1993 'Anglomania' collection. The collection focuses on French society’s love of British fashion during the 18th century. To evoke a similar sentiment, I decided to construct an oversized collared waistcoat from hand-woven plaid yardage.
